29 CFR 1926.252(c):     All scrap lumber, waste material, and rubbish shall be removed from the immediate work area as the work progresses:    1)  Snelson Companies, Inc., Two Brothers Road, Idaho Springs, CO  80452:  On or before September 17, 2015 the employer did not instruct employees in how to remove waste material/spoils safely and properly by avoiding positioning a 14 yard dump truck against a graded slope with uneven terrain, in that an employee tipped his truck over when attempting to dump a load of spoils against a drainage ditch on a sloped road.
