On or about September 28, 2015, an employee performing routine work activities was exposed to the overhead struck-by hazard of unsecured structural steel and metal decking. The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs to address the hazards associated with overhead construction work of other contractors. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
