EP Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1050482, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 11, 2015, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 3612 S. Jebel Cir., Aurora, Co 80016. EP Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1021503, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 10, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 10458 East Prentice Place, Englewood, Co 80111.
