29 CFR 1926.1101(m)(2)(ii)(C): Medical examinations made available pursuant to 29 CFR 1926.1101(m)(2)(i)(A) through 29 CFR 1926.1101(m)(2)(i)(C) did not include a physical examination directed to the pulmonary and gastrointestinal systems, including a chest roentgenogram to be administered at the discretion of the physician, and pulmonary function tests of forced vital capacity (FVC) and forced expiratory volume at one second (FEV(1)). Interpretation and classification of chest shall be conducted in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.1101 Appendix E: a) At the worksite, where medical examinations did not include a chest roentgenogram. Interpretation and classification of chest could not be conducted in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.1101 Appendix E.
