Electrical equipment and other sources of ignition did not conform to the requirements of paragraphs (c)(1) (i)-(iv), (8) and (9)(i) of this section and subpart S of this part: On or about October 1, 2015, electrical wiring and equipment in the powdered paint area did not confirm to subpart S in that the wiring and equipment was not rated for Class II dust. The list of equipment includes, but is not limited to, the power pack for the powdered paint applicator, the oven, fluorescent lights, and a portable radio.
