Employees performing servicing and maintenance tasks such as, but not limited to unjamming were exposed to caught-in hazards from unexpected start-up and energizing of small piece folder machines SPF-1 through SPF-4. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
