29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: On or about 9/25/2015 in the bagger machine area at 1155 Candler Road in Gainesville, GA: Employee setting up the PacMac Bagger Machine # 1 had the tips of two fingers on his left hand amputated after being exposed to unguarded moving parts, blades and clamps on the machine.
