29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms: a) Madison Farms construction site, South side of Building E - On or about October 1, 2015, employees were not protected from falling while installing siding from pump jack scaffolds with a guardrail/netting system that did not extend to all open sides and edges of the work platforms.
