Additionally, the line-of-sight to an exit sign must clearly be visible at all times: On or about 9/25/15, at 880 Tito Castro Avenue, Suite 301, Ponce, PR, throughout the office area, the exit signs did not indicate the direction of travel to the nearest exit or exit discharge.
