29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Aceves Roofing, LLC at 5925 Clearwater Drive, Loveland, CO 80537: On and before October 1, 2015 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that employees tearing off shingles from a steep pitch roof on a two-story residential home were not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to falls of approximately 15 feet.
