29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. Harnesses to prevent a fall, or some other fall protection, were not worn by employees installing roofing materials at a job site at 313 N. Jefferson St., Farmington, MO on 10-1-15. At the time of the inspection, employees were on the front porch gable, with a roof pitch of 8:12, and the main roof, with a roof pitch of approximately 7:12 and fall distance of 19 ft.; no fall protection was being used.
