29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.   (a)   Extended Stay America - On or about October 1, 2015 an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while working in a Genie S-60 aerial lift (serial no. 655857RA) without a body belt or body harness.  This employee was elevated 22 feet 8 inches above asphalt.
