29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) On or about October 7, 2015 and at times prior to, employees used nail guns to put 1 X 4 planks on walls and trim around windows. The employees did not use eye protective equipment, exposing the employees to potential eye or face injury.
