29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  On or about October 6, 2015, at the worksite located at 2810 West Kings Highway in Paragould, Arkansas, employees engaged in soffit, fascia and metal edge activities were exposed to unprotected falls of greater than 10 feet  (a)  when traveling on the canopy top on the north front and east side of the building.  (b)  when working from an unsecured portable ladder placed atop the canopy top on the east side of the building.  (c)  when leaning over the edge of the upper roof on the east side of the building.
