29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about October 6, 2015, at the above addressed jobsite, employees while working on the roof were exposed to a 22 foot fall hazard in that they were not protected by a fall protection system. FIRST REPEAT: Albert G Contractor, Corp was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR. 1926.501(b)(13),or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1103703, citation number 01 Item number 001, and was affirmed as a final order on 01/11/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 14667 Garden Gate Drive Jacksonville Florida.
