29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Roofing Project: On or October 7, 2015 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14 feet while installing TPO on a low slope roof.
