29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard.  In the passageway between the washing and drying areas, the metal flange between the two rooms was bent upward exposing employees to tripping hazards.  On or about September 9, 2015 and at times prior to, in the ironing area, a concrete bolt was protruding from the floor exposing employee to tripping hazards.
