29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a). Service Center and Main Office roofs - On or about October 7, 2015, employees were tightening metal roof panel fasteners without a fall protection system in place, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard up to approximately 16.25 feet onto concrete ground.

Service Center and Main Office roofs - On or about October 7, 2015, employees were removing/installing skylights without a fall protection system in place, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard up to approximately 16.25 feet onto concrete ground.
