29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(15): Ladders were not inspected by a competent person for visible defects on a periodic basis and after any occurrence that could affect their safe use: a) Job site, 941 Gibsonia Road, Indianola, PA: On or about October 7, 2015, during construction activities, the employer did not ensure that portable ladders were properly inspected prior to use. A ladder that was in use was found to have missing warning labels and/or illegible warning labels on it.
