29 CFR 1926.152(e)(4): Units dispensing flammable or combustible liquids were not protected against collision damage. MEB - 1: On about 6 October 2015 and times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that 2000 liters, Bundit diesel fuel tank, serial number 2000/020, was protected from collision damage from all terrain forklifts operating in the adjacent area. This condition exposed employees to a fire hazard.
