29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) 60328 Powell Dr., Slidell, LA; On or about October 9, 2015, an employee was installing metal framing studs to the exterior of a building from an aerial lift basket while not wearing fall protection. The employee performed work as high as approximately 25 feet above the ground from the aerial lift.
