29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) Light Pole in Front of Rooms To Go, Montgomery, Alabama: On or about October 8, 2015 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure an employee operating an aerial lift was wearing a full body harness and tied off to the lift exposing the employee to a fall hazard of 28 feet to the asphalt street below.
