29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On the roof of a residential apartment building, North side, on or about October 6, 2015, employees were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 40 feet to the unpaved ground below, while installing shingles on a roof and not being adequately trained on the procedures to recognize fall hazards.
