29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) At 3111 Alabama Highway 14 Millbrook, Alabama: On or about October 6, 2015 and at times prior; the controlling employer allowed his subcontract employees to perform roofing activities on a high slope roof without fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 14.6 feet to the ground below.
