Inside the electrical room on the fourth floor, the 120/240 electrical panel was energized to provide power to the temporary lights and outlets.

An or about October 8, 2015 on the fourth floor of building 210 other than qualified persons had access to the electrical room. Inside the electrical room on the fourth floor, the 120/240 electrical panel was energized to provide power to the temporary lights and outlets and the dead front was missing. Unauthorized persons had access to the room.
