29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. On or about 10/09/2015, in the Mattress display room, near the center air vent, the ceiling tiles damaged as the result of roof leak were not replaced. When it rains out, water soaks the tiles and drips on to the floor of the store; potentially contributing to mold growth on the ceiling and or the carpet.
