29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: The employer is failing to protect the employees from fall hazards associated with working in an aerial lift platform without wearing required fall protection. The most recent occurrence of this was found on the job site located at the Corner of NW 12th and W. Adams Streets in Lincoln, NE 68510 where the employer has two unprotected employees using a JLG Lift model 860SJ as means of elevating themselves to access the areas of the sculpture they were tasked to power wash and paint.
