29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On or about 10/08/15, at the Jasper Parris Housing unit, located on 6 Jasper Parrish Drive, in Buffalo, New York, employees, installing a roof assembly, were not provided with fall protection. Employees were working 16 feet above ground level. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
