The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated  Along the north center exterior of the construction, on or about October 06, 2015, employees doing trimming and painting were exposed to the hazards of fall from heights greater than 10 feet above the ground below while working from a JLG aerial lift model 660SJ without wearing a lanyard that was secured to the anchorage point of the aerial lift basket.
