29 CFR 1910.219(e)(3)(i): Vertical or inclined belt(s) were not enclosed by guard(s) conforming to the requirements specified at 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o):  a) On or about 10/13/2015 - Knitting Department, Knitting Machines, Row 1, Machines 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, the machines were being operated with ingoing nip points.    b) On or about 10/13/2015 - Knitting Department, Knitting Machines, Row 2, Machines 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, and 26, the machines were being operated with ingoing nip points.    c) On or about 10/13/2015 - Knitting Department, Knitting Machines, Row 3, Machines 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 93, 94, 95, 96, 30, 29, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, and 57, the machines were being operated with ingoing nip points.    d) On or about 10/13/2015 - Knitting Department, Knitting Machines, Row 4, Machines 101, 100, 99, 98, 97, 71, 72, 73, 74, 164, 165, 166, 167, 27, 28, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 12, 11, and 109, the machines were being operated with ingoing nip points.    e) On or about 10/13/2015 - Knitting Department, Knitting Machines, Row 5, Machines 85, 86, 87, 88, 104, 105, 66, 65, 64, and 63, the machines were being operated with ingoing nip points.    f) On or about 10/13/2015  - Knitting Department, Knitting Machines, Row 6, Machines 107, 10, 109, 110, 123, 124, 125, 128, and 139, the machines were being operated with ingoing nip points.       g) On or about 10/13/2015 - Knitting Department, Knitting Machines, Row 7, Machines 114, 113, 112, 111, 152, 153, 154, and 155.    h) On or about 10/13/2015 - Knitting Department, Knitting Machines, Row 8, Machines 176, 177, and 178, the machines were being operated with ingoing nip points.    The Brecon Knitting Mill, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.219(e)(3)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1086720, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/01/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 994 Ironaton Road, Talladega, AL.
