29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  Note:  As of January 1, 1998, subpart M of this part (1926.502(d)) provides that body belts are not acceptable as part of a personal fall arrest system.  The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated:    a. 429 US Highway 1 South, Iselin, NJ (Hobby Lobby Construction Site)    Employees engaged in framing activities were observed working from a JLG, Model 400S, Aerial Lift.  Employees elevated in the aerial lift were not protected from falls by attachment of a lanyard to the boom basket.     Violation observed on or about October 15, 2015    AJS Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1081790, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on September 22, 2105, with respect to a workplace located at 611 Cross Keys Road, Sicklerville, NJ.
