Whirlpool Corp. Marion Division - Marion, Ohio: On or about October 15, 2015, employees accessing the Zenar crane (s/n 8028) bridge platform to perform daily crane inspections were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30-40 feet.  The employer did not ensure the south side of the bridge platform was equipped with standard guardrails, or that equivalent fall protection was used, to protect employees who inspected the crane.
