29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. a) Atlantis Industries/Milton, DE - On or about October 13, 2015, the employer did not properly shelve and stock supplies being received in the warehouse area. The aisleways were obstructed with boxes, partially blocking walking areas, which caused a tripping hazard.
