29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a) At the jobsite, on or about October 15, 2015, employees performing wood framing work while exposed to being struck on the head by materials and tools were not wearing head protection.   Eli Molina Sabino was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100 (a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1046190, citation number 1, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on May 27, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 113 Ruby Trail, Guyton, Georgia.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.  a) At the jobsite, on or about October 15, 2015, employees were performing wood framing activities that included operating portable electric hand tools such as pneumatic nail guns, and circular saws without the use of eye protection.   Eli Molina Sabino was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102 (a) (1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1046190, citation number 1, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on May 27, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 113 Ruby Trail, Guyton, Georgia.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) At the jobsite, on or about October 15, 2015, employees working on a second working level while performing wood framing were exposed to open floor joists and exposed leading edges without fall protection provided, exposing employees to fall hazards of up to 19.5 feet onto the ground (outside the structure) or concrete floor (inside the structure).     Eli Molina Sabino was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1046190, citation number 1, item number 004a and was affirmed as a final order on May 27, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 113 Ruby Trail, Guyton, Georgia.
