29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and safety monitoring system: At the jobsite located at 6300 SW 6th Ave., Topeka, KS, employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to fall hazards in that body harnesses were not attached to lifelines: a) On the east side of the Area A building an employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 23 feet to the ground. (b) On the west side of the Area E building employee(s) were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to the ground.
