29 CFR 1910.179(g)(1)(v): Pendant control box(es) were not constructed to prevent electrical shock:   West Bay North # 4: Pendant control box of a Detroit 5 ton overhead crane had exposed live internal wiring, exposing operators to electrical hazards.   East Bay South Frame # 6: Operators of a 5 ton overhead crane were exposed to live electrical parts where a damaged pendant control box with exposed parts was used.
