In the shop area where employees were exposed to a caught-in hazard when operating an Okuma LB-45 CNC lathe without a point of operation guard.     d.  In the shop area where employees were exposed to a caught-in hazard when operating an Okuma Crown CNC lathe without a point of operation guard.
