Employees were exposed to the hazards associated with unexpected re-energization of equipment.    The U. S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 917645, Citation 2, Item 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/1/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2001 Mattis Ave, Champaign, IL 61821.  The U. S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number280116, Citation1, Item 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 9/7/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3655 E. Fountain Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80910.
