29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. (a) Charles Town: Employees were gathering materials, such as brick, from the edge of a scaffold that, at its highest point, was approximately 30 feet high and did not have a guardrails in place on an open side, as determined on October 14, 2015. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM. Ralph E. Tolbert Masonry, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 901933, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/11/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 625 East Philadelphia Street York, PA 17403.
