29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels:    a) Truss Tech Industries, Inc., Buford, GA - An employee working on a truss table in building #1 was exposed to noise levels at a time weighted-average (TWA) of 92.7 dBA, which exceeded the action level of 85 dBA. The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 476 minutes. Zero exposure was assumed for the 4 minutes unsampled period. Audiometric testing was not conducted, on or about 10/20/15.    b) Truss Tech Industries, Inc., Buford, GA - An employee working on a truss table in building #1 was exposed to noise levels at a time weighted-average (TWA) of 92.7 dBA, which exceeded the action level of 85 dBA. The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 478 minutes. Zero exposure was assumed for the 2 minutes unsampled period. Audiometric testing was not conducted, on or about 10/20/15.    c) Truss Tech Industries, Inc., Buford, GA - An employee operating the block saw was exposed to noise levels at a time weighted-average (TWA) of 89.9 dBA, which exceeded the action level of 85 dBA. The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 484 minutes. Audiometric testing was not conducted, on or about 10/20/15.    d) Truss Tech Industries, Inc., Buford, GA - An Employee working on a truss table in building #2 was exposed to noise levels at a time weighted-average (TWA) of 86.9 dBA, which exceeded the action level of 85 dBA. The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 438 minutes. Zero exposure was assumed for the 12 minutes unsampled period. Audiometric testing was not conducted, on or about 10/20/15.    e) Truss Tech Industries, Inc., Buford, GA - An employee operating a radial arm saw was exposed to noise levels at a time weighted-average (TWA) of 93.9 dBA, which exceeded the action level of 85 dBA. The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 481 minutes. Audiometric testing was not conducted, on or about 10/20/15.    f) Truss Tech Industries, Inc., Buford, GA - An employee operating a saw in building #2 was exposed to noise levels at a time weighted-average (TWA) of 87.5 dBA, which exceeded the action level of 85 dBA. The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 474 minutes. Zero exposure was assumed for the 6 minutes unsampled period. Audiometric testing was not conducted, on or about 10/20/15.    g) Truss Tech Industries, Inc., Buford, GA - An employee working on a truss table in building #1 was exposed to noise levels at a time weighted-average (TWA) of 93.5 dBA, which exceeded the action level of 85 dBA. The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 476 minutes. Zero exposure was assumed for the 4 minutes unsampled period.
