Employees use portable jacks as part of their daily process to aid in retrieving parts from vehicles. Vehicles range in size from compact to full size as well as SUVs and pickup trucks.

Employees were also not provided training on labeling systems and safety data sheets and the how to obtain and use the appropriate hazard information.
