OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to chemical inhalation hazards:     Employees were working at a fracking site which had an (H2S May Be Present) sign posted on the gate entering drilling field. The employer had not provided the following as required in American Petroleum Institute (API) RP 49 dated 2001 on Section (8.2.3) windsocks, streamers, flags or other suitable devices for indicating wind direction or Section (6.5) monitoring equipment should be serviced, calibrated, and test as recommended by the equipment manufacturer.  The equipment alarms should be functionally tested at least once daily. This occurred on October 16, 2015 at rig site #TXL N H0601 0101M in Midland, Texas.
