29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- 13 Pointe View Drive, Medford NJ: Employees, not supplied with fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 22 feet 2 inches to the ground surface below when performing roof shingle installation and other related activities from a residential roof with a pitch of approximately 8 on 12. Condition observed on or about 10/14/15.
