29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) Dunkin' Donuts, Kitchen: An employee worked with hazardous chemicals, including, but not limited to, P&G Clean Quick Broad Range Quaternary Sanitizer, and the employer failed to provide this employee with hazard communication training, on or about 10/19/2015. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED ABATEMENT NOTE: Training shall include all elements in 1910.1200(h)(3) and the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS).
