29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l) and as referenced by the note contained in 1926.602(d):  a) 37 West Almond Street in Vineland, NJ, 08360- Employer did not ensure each powered industrial truck operator was competent and had completed training as specified by 1910.178 and 1926.602(d), resulting in employee injury, occurred on or about 10/19/15.   NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
