The equivalent dBA level of 103.4% is approximately 90.2 dBA.  Sampling was performed for 470 minutes during one shift.  Zero exposure was assumed for the unsampled period of 10 minutes.    (b) In the floor production area, a worker was exposed to noise levels at 191.8% of the permissible 8-hour TWA (90 dBA).  The equivalent dBA level of 191.8% is approximately 94.7 dBA.  Sampling was performed for 460 minutes during one shift.  Zero exposure was assumed for the unsampled period of 20 minutes.    (c) In the floor production area, a worker was exposed to noise levels at 112.9% of the permissible 8-hour TWA (90 dBA).  The equivalent dBA level of 112.9% is approximately 90.8 dBA.  Sampling was performed for 468 minutes during one shift.  Zero exposure was assumed for the unsampled period of 12 minutes.    (d) In the floor production area, a worker was exposed to noise levels at 97.78% of the permissible 8-hour TWA (90 dBA).  The equivalent dBA level of 97.78% is approximately 89.8 dBA.  Sampling was performed for 465 minutes during one shift.  Zero exposure was assumed for the unsampled period of 15 minutes.    (e) In the roof production area, a worker was exposed to noise levels at 164.3% of the permissible 8-hour TWA (90 dBA).  The equivalent dBA level of 164.3% is approximately 93.5 dBA.  Sampling was performed for 465 minutes during one shift.  Zero exposure was assumed for the unsampled period of 15 minutes.    (f) In the roof production area, a worker was exposed to noise levels at 138.0% of the permissible 8-hour TWA (90 dBA).  The equivalent dBA level of 138.0% is approximately 92.3 dBA.  Sampling was performed for 469 minutes during one shift.  Zero exposure was assumed for the unsampled period of 11 minutes.
