29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: JOB SITE: 11 Blackwood Lane, Saint Peters, MO 63376, on or about 10/22/2015, the employer failed to initiate and maintain a safety program for regular inspection of jobsites to be made by a competent person. The worker and his subcontractors were on top of the roof, over 8 feet above ground level, and were not wearing any form of fall protection.
