29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Jobsite: 1386 Clarkson Clayton Center, Ellisville, MO 63011 A worker actively performing roofing activities on an approximate 6:12 pitched commercial roof was exposed to an approximate 14 foot, 11 inch fall hazard at the north facing eave. The worker was not utilizing any form of fall protection.
