29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems: a) For an employee working on the production building roof located at Lemon X in Frostproof (FL) who fell 30 feet, 4 inches below to a concrete floor while breaking up an area of lightweight concrete barrier to get to a deteriorated metal decking panel for replacement, on or about October 20, 2015. b) For employees shoveling and removing roofing material debris which they dumped from the edge of the roof into a dumpster located on the ground below, on or about October 20, 2015.
