THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE - NOVATO WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 951821, CITATION 01, ITEM NUMBER 001 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JANUARY 14, 2014, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT U.S. POSTAL SERVICE - NOVATO, 1537 SOUTH NOVATO BOULEVARD, NOVATO, CALIFORNIA 94947.
